Here’s a great tip from John Bermel, co-inventor of the Benderstik golf swing training aid.
“When I’m training or practicing, I like to use two Benderstiks at the same time. Â I place one just off the right shoulder (For a Right Hand Golfer) for downswing feedback and the other on the through swing so that the club does not get too much to the inside. Â Both are pretty easy to set up.
The Benderstik positioned for the down swing feedback, is set at a 45 degree angle about 4 inches from the right shoulder. Â The other Bender Stik is set on the toe line pointed out just left of your target. Â This is a great way to work on your down swing and the through swing at the same time.”
